Chuck reviewed the Communicator results for the exercise on 4/21. Refinements will be made on an on-going basis. The system successfully reached 42 people and 16 participated at the Mission Road facility and 1 at NW Hospital.
Personnel scheduling for a USGS event on 4/28 and State of the County event on 5/4 were taken care of. The TOAD and Warrior will be on display.
The TOAD was to be washed and cleaned for upcoming activities. (and it was.)
A project is being undertaken to standardize radio language and procedures for events to reduce air time and increase common understanding.
